I have retained the services of Kyle Lamb twice in 2020/2021.  Both times Kyle Lamb and his team have more than met the highest standard of work that anyone could expect.

Job 1:  Replace a 28-year-old furnace that had never really warmed the house.  We thought that the house was just cold and resorted to “little heaters” at appropriate locations.  Kyle Lamb recommended a furnace and installed it on the day promised, in fact, one day earlier and to my surprise the bathroom at the far end of the house was warm in winter for the first time, as was the rest of the house.  No more “little heaters”.

Job 2:  A mini split air conditioner for the upper, front of the house which is mostly windows.  Kyle Lamb arrived at the exact time and the date promised and I now have air conditioning to support us through what might be a very hot summer.  Kyle always leaves the house clean and his team is very tidy and thorough.

Kyle is qualified, caring, and he has integrity.  He provides the price upfront, in writing, and tells you what he is going to do.  No surprises. One of the best trades I have experienced in a long time.
