Again, Kyle’s team did an awesome job on our annual maintenance. Jake was a pleasure to deal with and wasn’t wary of the dogs! He explained what he was doing and set off to complete the maintenance. He also covered his shoes with booties which was most appreciated. He explained what he had done and provided unbiased suggestions without “selling”. The service was excellent and I 100% appreciate and trust Kyle’s team in my home. Thank you!

KL Mechanical was recommended to me by another contractor and they did not disappoint. We had our furnace, hot water tank and heat pump serviced by a well known, large and local company but then discovered that something that should have been part of the service, didn’t happen, they wanted to charge a service call and truck fee just to explore this missed part of service even though it was their original call. So with them not willing to take responsibility for this, I call Kyle and his team who came to our rescue. They were super friendly, quick and knowledgeable. They had the issue fixed in less than an hour while also finding that the other company also failed to complete a standard service task. So now KL Mechanical have a new customer for yearly maintenance and this other company has lost us. Bad service experience is quickly shared.

I was recommended to Kyle from a electrician that works with him and we are so glad we were. I called Kyle and within 5 days he was at our home advising us on what would work best for our home and our budget. We had a few things in mind ourselves on what we wanted but Kyle suggested not to as it would not be efficient and it would cost us more money. Kyle also educated us on all the rebates available to us with the different types of installs. This was a deal breaker that he was the guy for our needs and truly was looking out for us and our pocket book.
That same night a quote was in my email and a Date of install if we were to move forward, we moved forward with no hesitation AT ALL. From start to finish Kyle was bang on his install dates, completions times and quotes.
This guy is fast, friendly affordable but most importantly honest, professional and just a good person.
We have since recommended KL Mechanical to two of our neighbors and the have also chosen to have Kyle be their guy.
We are now a toasty warm home and cant wait to hit +30 so we can crank the AC.

Kyle was easy to deal with during the planning process for a system upgrade. He provided a variety of options and price points, then was able to fit everything in as needed. The install was ontime, quick and easy, with a straight forward billing process. I would highly recommend KL Mechanical for any project!!

The team at KL Mechanical Company was absolutely awesome! Working with Kyle and his team were polite, professional, and polished from start to finish. Everyone had a great sense of humor and made the experience enjoyable. Their work was clean, careful, and clearly done with pride and attention to detail. They took the time to listen to the homeowner’s needs and delivered exactly what was promised. I’m very impressed with their workmanship and professionalism. They advised me that the job will take two days. I figure we wouldn’t have heat the first day however, the guys made sure we had heat for my family on a cold November month stayed extra late just to take care of us.

I’ve had Kyle out to my place a couple times to service/move my heat pump. He was reliable, punctual, clear with explanations, friendly and professional. He also sent a cpl of his guys out recently and they were also professional, friendly, polite and considerate - always asking if I had any questions.
For someone who doesn’t trust anyone, I feel I can trust Kyle & KL Mechanical.

Kyle and his team worked very hard and gave me efficient (8 hours work) and effective (removed old furnace + installed a new one + extra non-required work) service which I feel very satisfied. Kyle even gave me extra work to add one grill in my bedroom so I will not feel cold in mid winter and help me to install two light bulbs which I don't know how to do it. These extra works make me feel very warm.
After this heat pump install, my house is very quiete; I don't even feel it is runing. Since KL Mechnical is a certified Daikin and Fujitsu dealer, my heat pump has 12 years labor and parts warranty. This is VERY GREAT!!
I recommend this certified dealer, KL Mechanical, to everyone who needs to install heat pump system.

Very efficient, knowledgeable and trustworthy. They installed a fully ducted heat pump system for us - BC Hydro has been able to show that we are already seeing a significant savings in our energy bill! Professional, honest, and communicated really well. Prices are very reasonable. When Kyle came over to quote our new heat pump he actually brought his tools and fixed our old heat pump before he left! We didn't even ask for that! We were able to keep using our 18 year old heat pump until we could schedule in a replacement. I should also note that Kyle is the owner, but he also does the quotes and helps with the installations. That gave us a lot of confidence. The other techs doing the work were very friendly and professional. I recommend KL Mechanical to everyone looking for the work they they provide.
