I’ve had Kyle out to my place a couple times to service/move my heat pump. He was reliable, punctual, clear with explanations, friendly and professional. He also sent a cpl of his guys out recently and they were also professional, friendly, polite and considerate - always asking if I had any questions.

Kyle and his team worked very hard and gave me efficient (8 hours work) and effective (removed old furnace + installed a new one + extra non-required work) service which I feel very satisfied. Kyle even gave me extra work to add one grill in my bedroom so I will not feel cold in mid winter and help me to install two light bulbs which I don't know how to do it. These extra works make me feel very warm.

Very efficient, knowledgeable and trustworthy. They installed a fully ducted heat pump system for us - BC Hydro has been able to show that we are already seeing a significant savings in our energy bill! Kyle worked well with our schedule and always lived up to his promises - I would recommend Kyle and his team highly - job well done!
Professional, honest, and communicated really well. Prices are very reasonable. When Kyle came over to quote our new heat pump he actually brought his tools and fixed our old heat pump before he left! We didn't even ask for that! We were able to keep using our 18 year old heat pump until we could schedule in a replacement. I should also note that Kyle is the owner, but he also does the quotes and helps with the installations. That gave us a lot of confidence. The other techs doing the work were very friendly and professional. I recommend KL Mechanical to everyone looking for the work they they provide.
